(1).To supervise the reconstruction of areas after Typhoon Morakot—ensuring the protection and safety of the citizens:
1.Increase the completion of the river dredging and embankment of Ba Jhang Creek.
2. Improve the drainage system of Lu Cao, Shuei Shang, Tai Bao and other flooded areas.
(2).Respond to the government’s carbon reduction policy—fight to complete the bicycle route network of Chiayi County (sea area): Combining railroad segments of Lu Cao, Shuei Shang and Yi Jhu while promoting “Healthy Cycling”, with aims to drive the development of countryside tourism industry.
(3).To care for the underprivileged community:
1. To fight for the health and social welfare for farmers, disabled people and elderly
2. To fight for the rights and benefits of women and youth organizations and children’s education.
(4). To cooperate with the county government to promote the development of Lu Cao’s “Ma Chou Hou Industrial Area”, providing the people with more job opportunities.
