III. With the people's opinion as the basis, bringing the ideas from the local level to the top, provide effective solutions, promote government to formulate policies. Work towards the ideal people's representative and work as one with the people. Provide the best services in happiness and hardships.
IV. Evenly distributed local development: urge the agricultural policy making administrations to pay attention to the agricultural county, ensure the agricultural economy development and work with the farmers to combine farm village with biotechnology, revitalize agricultural activities and presenting the farmland's new look all around.
V. Private land ownership should be absolutely stressed, when the land use becomes commercialized, the ""land owner becomes the natural shareholder, which can be inherited generation after generation,"" and the position should be ensured through legislation.
VI. Zhuchi hills sceneries and fruits are pleasant and attractive. Recommend the agricultural administration should properly plan the water and soil conservation, and it should be listed in the annual plan to prevent the recurrence of landslides.
VII. Recommend the government invest in the community, try to encourage the residents jointly care for it, seriously manage the transformation or beautification into fruit garden, vegetable garden or community parks. At the same time, it can also serve as the tourism spot.
VIII. Social welfare popularization and reliability: let those in needs can access it through simplified procedures, and gradually increase care and service for elderly, women, children and the weak.
IX. Recommend tourism routes, and should have the transportation authority to complete the overall planning work focus; strengthen the East-West expansion of alternative roads to ensure smooth transport.
X. Recommend the government to assist the major corporation to promote planned distribution of those counties and cities with more difficulties, in order to minimize the urban and rural gap and promote a more harmonious society.
