I. Fully fight for Alishan National Scenic Area Administration, allocate funding to further construct the mountain area and develop the local tourism industry.
II. Fight for the higher government authority to pay attention to the construction projects for afforestation, flood prevention and water conservation, to minimize mountain area disasters.
III. Urge the county government to pay attention to the local industry culture, combining leisure, industry and tourism as an integrated goal, and promote the local prosperity.
IV. Promote county government's care for the elderly, women, children and disabled persons, strengthen social welfare policies.
V. Urge the county government to enhance the mountain area education, culture and medical service activities, in order to balance the life quality gap between then mountain area and the plains.
VI. Urge the county government to improve the dangerous roads in the mountain area, in order to protect the people's road access safety.
VII. Advise and request the government to pay attention to the rights of the land leasers along the Alishan Highway, so that the people can safely conduct sustainable management.
