1. The welfare of the elderly: Supervise the county government that should strive for the welfare of the elderly to implement the central government's long-term care project.

Women and children: Strive for welfare of foreign spouses and low-and-middle-income families to provide them with babysitting services for young children. Agricultural roads: Accelerate the early farmland waterway improvement project, construct a comprehensive retaining wall, and pave the road with an asphalt surface, as well as widen the road to facilitate the access of agricultural machinery. Water Control: Strive for rectifying the installation of drainage pumping stations in Liujiao and flood-prone areas to ensure people’s safety. Comprehensively improve the large, medium and small drains in the jurisdiction. Also, add caps to the drainages in each settlement thus protecting people's transportation safety. Tourism: Combine Alishan Scenic Area with Zhonglun Hot Springs, Ruili Scenic Area, Dongshi Fisherman's Wharf, Min-Hsiung Performance Arts Hall, Xingang Fengtian Temple, Minxiong Dashiye Temple, Minxiong Goose Street, The Southern Branch of National Palace Museum, and other scenic spots, thus forming unique local tourism with characteristics. Also, combine the construction of various communities to increase the overall economic value. Social orders: Promote the integration of the three districts, district of community patrol team, school district, policing district to maintain social orders Vulnerable people: Protect the employment opportunities of people with disabilities, lower the qualification of applying for low-and middle-income households and budget funds that are used for emergency rescue.
