1. “Leverage Taibao City's experience in governance to significantly increase the service coverage area.” Taibao City has the only increasing population of any township or city in Chiayi County, contributing one seat to Constituency I. I, Jung-Li, seek opportunities to extend services to locals while staying true to the original spirit of incorruptibleness, pragmatism and sincerity.
2 Chiayi Science Park is situated in Taibao City. The Nanching Industrial Park is in Shuishang Township and Machouhou Industrial Park is in Lucao Township. I will be urging the government for a speedy completion of the development. So that Taiwanese businessmen can return and the job market can be expanded.
3. The High Speed Rail (HSR) special zone as well as Phase 2 of the county government's urban development project occupy a total area of 343 hectares. The county government plans to adopt the project as a government-run project. To protect the interests of property owners, I will supervise the county government and ensure a fair distribution of resources, which should not be less than that of privately-run projects.
4. The development project for the commercial district opposite the county government's special zone has been on hold for many years. I will urge all bureaus and divisions to invite shopping malls to station, promote regional development and construct livable and workable housing.
5. Chiayi County has the highest concentration of greenhouses in this constituency. To aid young farmers in entering new markets for their high-quality agricultural goods, I will actively promote export channels and increase income.
