1. Develop industries and businesses. Promote the accelerated development of Chiayi Science Park, Machouhou Industrial Park and Nanching Industrial Park in Shuishang to drive the overall growth of Chiayi County.
2. Upgrade agriculture. Urge the county government to continue proposing intelligent agricultural plans, guiding farmers to improve the quality and output of agricultural products, bolster the brand and market to the entire world.
3. Promote tourism. Urge the county government to make use of the rich humanities and natural landscape of Shuishang, Lucao and Taibao, plan the highlights of the tourism spindle, attract tourists and create business opportunities.
4. Consolidate construction. Coordinate actively with various government units to address the local construction needs of locals, including road construction, flood control and drainage and parks and green spaces.
5. Enhance social welfare. Concern for the elderly, women, children and the vulnerable, with a call for better measures and more services from the county government.
6. Tidy up our home. Urge the government to take measures to address the air, water and waste pollution that negatively impact the health of county residents and work toward improving the quality of the living environment.
