3. Continue to urge the county government to support high-tech agriculture, fisheries, and animal husbandry, thereby increasing output value, decreasing labor costs, minimizing damage and storing wealth among the populace.
4. Continue to urge the county government to implement and improve long-term care and day care services, as well as to genuinely care for and protect the happiness and safety of the local population.
