1. Uphold the indigenous culture, protect the rights and interests of the indigenous population, oversee the county administration, serve as the voice of the populace and work to ensure the welfare of locals.
2. Call on the county government to prioritize the development curricula for teaching in indigenous languages and the training of indigenous instructors to address the severe shortage of instructors in the mountainous regions.
3. Improve the city's indigenous culture's peripheral infrastructure so that the urban aboriginal population has a suitable location for cultural transmission, skill acquisition and social gatherings.
4. Continue to push for funding to carry out infrastructure construction, upgrade rural roads in various villages, improve drinking water quality, upgrade the fire protection system, train sports personnel, strengthen power and telecommunications functions, and actively push for creek regulation and the Zengwen River revetment project in order to protect the lives and property of locals.
5. Maintain your efforts to open the road connecting Shanmei and Lijia to perfect the township's road connection system.
6. Oversee and request the county government to improve the sharp turn sections of Line 129, Line 155, and Line 149A, as well as to add Line 169 to the living circle's network of roads.
7. Oversee and request the county government to improve elderly care, production subsidies, medical services in mountainous areas and social welfare programs such as emergency aid.
8. Urge the county government to prioritize the expansion of diverse industries, such as tourism, culture, agricultural specialty products and indigenous traditional skills, in order to match the characteristics of the tribe, create tribal enterprises and stimulate the local economy.
9. Urge the county government to provide generous funding to support the collective customary events and cultural activities of indigenous people.
10. The county government is urged to consider the rights and interests of locals who have moved into permanent housing, to provide employment counseling and to support various permanent housing industries.
